Teresa Hall is a local photographer and owner of Wild Wind Photography, which is named for the catastrophic wind storm that affected the Sacramento Mountain communities in 2009. She is a year-round resident of Cloudcroft and has a Bachelor of Arts degree from UTEP. Teresa is a member of the Cloudcroft Art Society and participates in many art fairs across southern New Mexico.
